Video Editor Tips: How to Use Scene Detection to Filter Best Video Parts (Step-by-step Tutorial)

Scene detection helps you automatically split
your video for more advanced editing. This video tutorial is going to show you how
to use this feature in Wondershare Video Editor. First, launch the software and choose “Full
Feature Mode”. Next, click “Import” to add your clips to
the Media Library. Right click the clip and choose “Scene Detection”. In the pop up window, hit “Detect”. The software will scan your video clip for
scene changes. Then click “Apply” and it will separate the
footage into individual cuts. Here you can further edit your video on the
timeline, for example, delete some parts. When everything is ready, hit “Export”. Here you can save your video to mobile devices
or different formats. You can also upload it to YouTube, Facebook
or Vimeo or even burn a DVD. After choosing an output method, click “Export”
and the software will automatically render your project. That’s done! So that’s the whole process of using scene
detection feature with Wondershare Video Editor. Subscribe to our channel to get more tutorials!

I love this software and i think scene detection is wonderfull, which can differentiate best parts from the worst and split it into several parts for me to pick up, which is time-saving and easy to use, those someone who didn't notice or use this function will be surprised.

How do you remove the scene detection? There is a slight pause in the video at each scene change when I "create" a movie.
