Anyone who would think less of you for succeeding and doing what you need for you and your family is not worth worrying about.

    Congratulations! 💐🎉

  3. Moni Witt February 24, 2020 at 3:20 pm

There are only 24 hours in a day and you made a decision to spend them wisely. More power to you. I, personally, am proud of you.

  4. Jessica Tang February 24, 2020 at 3:25 pm

For me i personally like you’re channel not because of you’re video but because of you’re personality.Congratulations Shea 🥰🎉

  5. Ima Gardner February 24, 2020 at 3:27 pm

I can relate because something similar happened to me when I was raising my 3 kids and I can honestly look back and say that I have no regrets. Several opportunities for personal growth and development came my way that would never have happened if I had not quit the job I liked. You are a successful business women, the CEO of a thriving company. Your kids can be very proud of what you have accomplished in such a short time. The door of opportunity is wide open for you…only God knows what the future holds…be brave and keep moving forward….God Bless you!

  6. Erika Rincon February 24, 2020 at 3:46 pm

  7. Amy Beachy February 24, 2020 at 4:02 pm

So proud of you for doing that! It must have been so hard, but I know your family will Thankyou for it later on!! Good luck! Hope you continue to feel better!❤️

  8. Jessie Ladipo February 24, 2020 at 4:10 pm

I know it's hard to leave a job you love to move forward to the next challenge. I delivered babies for years, but on the side, I planned honeymoons and destination weddings. Eventually, I was so exhausted, because I would come home from work to work another job. So I made the decision to leave nursing and do the business full out. That was 9 years ago. I'm not going to lie, I still miss delivering babies sometimes, and there are days that I wish I had never left. But I know I made the right choice for my family and myself. Good luck in the future! I, selfishly, am glad that you aren't quitting YouTube, because I adore your channel.

  9. Belinda Rodriguez February 24, 2020 at 4:11 pm

Girl we love you!!! You need time at home!! Don't be upset, one door closes, a window opens.

  10. Mary Kimbro February 24, 2020 at 4:12 pm

    Love your hair!!!

  11. Beauty Captivates February 24, 2020 at 4:17 pm

Absolutely Family should be the priority!! Even tho you feel you guys spend enough time as a family, believe me when I say it’s the best decision you have made. My oldest son is 20 and soon to be 21 daughter. I thought I brought quality time to them but I missed out a lot of their toddlers, teenage life because work was everything to me and I wanted to grow in my company. I wish now I could tell them stories of everything they did when they were little but I have no memories to tell cause I was not there like I should have. All my kids remember is “ mom worked a lot” yes they had everything they needed and wanted but you get to an age where you wish you could go back in time and do things differently. You have a career which you can always go back to anytime i life. Love you and all the content you bring us in YouTube!

  12. tara tresh February 24, 2020 at 4:21 pm

  14. Tammy Leetzow February 24, 2020 at 4:40 pm

Its just another chapter in your life Shea. I've been there, left a job I loved, coworkers that I loved for reasons that I knew were right. Initially I felt torn and questioned it periodically but I knew it was the right decision for me. Pray, follow Gods lead and keep doing what makes you happy and fills your life with joy! You make others smile, feel good about them selves….. as I've said before you are a bright light. Let the light within you shine no matter what you're doing. Thank you for being transparent. You are super de duper AWESOME!

  15. Amy Young February 24, 2020 at 4:41 pm

I’m proud of you!!! You’re still a rockstar with or without an outside job! You’re an inspiration!

  16. Mervat R.Mohamed February 24, 2020 at 5:16 pm

    You are so sweet

  17. parinya liu February 24, 2020 at 5:21 pm

Hello Shea, this is my first time commenting anything on YouTube. Don't be silly. Doing the best for family is what make us all happy. I can't say for others but I can tell you that I will never think less of you. I, on the other hand, wish to be like you. :). Keep us your awesome work. You are probably the only YouTube that I have been following the longest. I am the type that lost interest of things so quickly (one of my bad sides), I can't even watch shows more than 5 episodes… lol. Girl, you have got me good! Love you.

  18. Design Organize February 24, 2020 at 5:26 pm

Why would any of us be upset with you? Life and circumstances, needs and dreams change all the time and we need to go with that ebb and flow. Your time at your job has given you the skills and ideas that will serve you later in life. There is not anything that we go through that is not of importance, or is lost… throughout our life we end up using and referring to our previous experiences. You said you were 'thrilled' with your editor and the time that it has given back to you. GO WITH THAT! Love and enjoy it! You mentioned that there are additional things you want to do on YouTube…. it will happen now that you have closed one door as additional doors will always open. Yes… more doors will open and you will be challenged, you will grow more and you will smile even more than you do now (which is hard to believe!) 😀 It's OK Shea! Open that new door and love every minute. Only look back to the good memories and start making new one! WIshing you the best in your new dreams!

  19. Elizabeth Vázquez February 24, 2020 at 5:53 pm

You’ll be fine!! Nothing better than having more time to spend with your kids❤️ They grow up too fast!! Blessings to your beautiful family!!! I’m sure the boys are loving having mommy around in the mornings😊👍🏻

  20. Karen Morgan Physical Therapy February 24, 2020 at 6:07 pm

Welcome to learning the important life lesson: you can't do it all, you can't have it all. But you do have what is important and you are protecting that! You haven't baled on anything; you've successfully transitioned from being out in the work place to having a your channel be your full time gig. If anything, you demonstrated how to do it responsibly. Go Shea!

  21. Lorie Main February 24, 2020 at 6:09 pm

You’re an intelligent beautiful woman who prioritize family which is the most important thing. I’m so proud of what you do Shea. Take care of yourself. Be happy and stay healthy. God bless you and your family. We love you.

  22. Morgan Elizabeth February 24, 2020 at 6:15 pm

You’re so different and relatable but your editing has always been my favorite. When I talk about what I want my channel to be like YOURS is always what I aspire to do thank you for mentioning this 💗

  23. Christine Verspeeten February 24, 2020 at 6:21 pm

I think its great your going to have more time with family and working on what really makes your soul shine! I love your channel, you have a great personality and this is exactly what you should be doing. You have helped me (and I'm sure lots of other women) a lot with finding my own wardrobe that suits me with your tips and tricks. Thank-you and keep up the great work 🙂

  24. Abigail Reid February 24, 2020 at 6:30 pm

Thank you for your continued honesty! It's very rare! Love you Shea, stay strong girl!

  25. j b February 24, 2020 at 6:54 pm

Follow you heart, no apologies necessary! Sounds like a big part of you felt fulfilled and happy going into the office and spending time with a wonderful team with a shared mission, that you really care about. I've been there! When I went solo, I learned, you don't have to give that feeling up. Keep building your YouTube team, surrounding yourself with awesome new people that you interact with all week who share your passion and your mission. Build meaningful interactions, togetherness, and that wonderful sense of belonging with your new growing team. Best success!

  26. Watermelon Gal February 24, 2020 at 7:41 pm

It's all right Shea. I had a job for 5 years that I loved but there's just so many changes that I felt so overwhelmed and had to quit. It may not feel right or the best after a few days but it's going to be okay. Maybe your next journey is something else. Keep searching for it. We all have our life struggles and ect. I hope you are feeling better. I wish you the best for this new chapter you're about to go through. You are an amazing person! 💕

  27. lyshanda harbin February 24, 2020 at 7:43 pm

YOU DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!

  39. lady2014 February 24, 2020 at 11:58 pm

You were in a "comfort zone" but it didn't mean you were not capable to do something different or better somewhere else. Be open minded and if you have other offers then go for it. We don't see it right away but things and changes happen for a reason. ❤

  40. Aleksandra Bancic Yarich February 25, 2020 at 12:07 am

Were you in an ad for Tyrone Square Mall ?

  52. Twila Johnson February 25, 2020 at 2:39 am

I tried several times to comment, deleted….etc… after all — what does it matter what I think …… wth…. I’ve seen it happen multiple times over the years, exciting, enthusiastic You Tubers grow BECAUSE they clearly love what they do…. then decide to make You Tube their job…. and it all goes to shit….. cue the Hello Fresh sponsored videos….. and pretty soon the channel is one never ending infomercial……. I’d take someone filming a heartfelt video with a iPhone camera over the alternative. No, it doesn’t always happen…. but imho it happens more often than not—- and for me, people who make their living making videos—- especially lifestyle videos, when they’re not doing it between juggling kids, career, and marriage…. well, I just cant’t relate, don’t want to relate….. want someone like ME….. I’m sorry if that’s harsh….. we all have to make the best decisions for ourselves and I’m sure you are doing that very thing. Best of luck to you— I hope everything works out for you.

  53. veiyi l February 25, 2020 at 2:41 am

Don't hold on to the obsession of having a perfect way to live. Something better will come. Turn this page and rock on.

  54. Julie Froberg Rose February 25, 2020 at 2:42 am

I've been watching you since before you hit the 10,000 mark. You are real and that's why we all love you! Congratulations on taking a huge leap of faith!

  55. Katie Mansfield February 25, 2020 at 3:03 am

I left my job almost three years ago because of management changes. I felt exactly the same way. I knew it was the right thing to do but it wasn't easy. I know it sounds trite but there was something else better out there for me. I didn't think I would go back to work but something came up and it is so much less stressful than my old job. Enjoy your boys. You will never regret extra time spent with them. Congratulations on one million! Wonderful.

  56. Neila Hansel February 25, 2020 at 3:13 am

Congratulations on recognizing you’re only human! I’m so proud of you for choosing balance over the illusion of “having it all.” You seem to be torn today, but in time you’ll see this is the best decision you ever made.

  57. Vero E. Cissell February 25, 2020 at 3:44 am

First congratulations on the 1M!👍 Second, it is understandable how you feel about the changes in your job and having to leave. Someting like that happened to me while ago, we spend so many hours at work that it becomes our second home and our co-workers become our family. It is bittersweet but you are blessed with your family and your talent ! Thank you for sharing your feelings friend😉😘

  64. Kenia Rodriguez February 25, 2020 at 6:08 am

Shea, congratulations on your achievements! Regarding your reg job, You have chosen the better route…it might not be a trendy choice in this day and age, but it is the best choice for your husband, your children and you as a women (even if you don’t want it to be) As women we have been wonderfully designed by God with specific roles and privileges (such as being a nurturing mother) and our wonderful multi tasking abilities are to be invested in caring for and meeting the needs of our Husbands, our children and the home where we all come together to enjoy the fruit of our labor and the blessing and joy of a family by God’s design! When you put the important things first everything else will fall into place! Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and he will direct your paths. Prov. 3:5-6

  65. Jennifer Vineyard February 25, 2020 at 6:52 am

Change is good. You will be blessed with other opportunities.

  70. Alexandra James February 25, 2020 at 12:13 pm

I knew this was coming. When you told us that you were doing all of your editing and that it took you 12 to 15 hours for one video I was like “WHOA.” That level of attention to detail is admirable but on top of a full time job, 2 kids, and a marriage, you must’ve been exhausted! So THRILLED that you found an editor that gets you. When you were looking, I feel like these interviewees should’ve done their research and for starters, all they had to do was look at your videos to see if they were right for the job and they obviously did not do that. 🤣 Letting go of your job is a HUGE change, but you’ll adjust, hun. You can’t buy time, so you have more of that now, and that’s priceless. ❤️

  71. Deborah Luedtke February 25, 2020 at 12:56 pm

Congratulations enjoy your family time it’s precious ❤️

  72. Erin C February 25, 2020 at 1:12 pm

Having an outside job/career is part of your identity and something you were proud of. You will be mourning the loss of this part of your identity. Totally normal.

  77. A February 25, 2020 at 1:54 pm

Yea like someone said below…. your job changed….you didnt like the change…..so I think that jumpstarted it…..or you might have been still there.

  78. Emerald February 25, 2020 at 2:10 pm

What I love about your channel and what keeps bringing me back for each video is how real and down to earth you are. Even at your level you stay the same and I love that. As a fellow mom who just had my “plan” flipped on it’s head, I take comfort in the belief that we may think we know our path but were just on the ride. And we have to adjust according to the changes. Enjoy this time with your boys and dive fully into your channel. You can always rejoin the corporate world. But this time with your boys is short and we never know how long youtube will be here. 💜

  79. courtney brooke February 25, 2020 at 2:51 pm

You are always very refreshing…, thank you

  83. Karen K February 25, 2020 at 4:13 pm

You are grieving a loss of one aspect of who you are, a routine, as well as relationships you have cultivated. You are experiencing very normal feelings. It's a process. We all continue to evolve and it is healthy to do so. It also isn't always easy. It sounds like you already are, and you will continue to look back and see it was good. Your family is most important. The corporate jobs will be there when and if you decide to return to it. I so enjoy your content and style of videos.Thank you for sharing. I support you! Enjoy the journey even the hills and valleys.❤
